Northeast Technical Services Co., Inc. (NETSCo) was formed in 1984 to provide engineering, design and consulting services. Netsco’s goal was to foster lasting relationships with every client and to share the unique talents and experience of our personnel in developing methods and systems that a ship owner or operator could incorporate to make his vessels, crew, and loading/unloading terminals work more efficiently and cost effectively.
