The Towing Vessel National Center of Expertise is offering an online training session on their website. This virtual course is design to meet familiarize crew on Subchapter M current USCG policy and thinking. This narrated training may be taken at any time and as many times as needed. To take the training, go to the TVNCOE training webpage and click on the course(s) you would like to download. Each training takes about 15 minutes to complete.
