“Proceedings” Winter Issue on Subchapter M is Available

The Winter Issue of Proceedings has just been posted by the Marine Safety & Security Council. The magazine is published three times a year in the interest of safety at sea. The editorial content in this issue has an OP-Ed from Rear admiral John P. Nadeau and features articles focused on Subchapter M, for example, Credentialing Today’s Maritime for Tomorrow’s Towing Industry; The Role and Importance of the Towing Safety Advisory Committee; Subchapter M: Taking the Long View; Towing Vessel Inspections, as well as commentaries on Compliance and Assessments, and Assessing Safety.

In addition, the On Deck section of the magazine has highlighted a historic snapshot on the Andrea Doria: confusion leads to catastrophe. To read an online version of the magazine go to the Marine Safety & Security Council website or click here to download your free copy.
